Steve Blaine, P.E. is an electrical engineer specializing in factory automation. It turns out that this was perhaps not the most useful skill in Les Anglais, Haiti, where electricity is very scarce and the biggest problem is broken pipes. Steve has worked on large engineering projects in many countries, but found that gluing pipe together in Haiti may be the most satisfying. |
