A perfect summer day of fundraising is being planned at this very moment and we want you to be part of it. 2025 will be our 15th year hosting this event.

If your company doesn’t have enough interest in having a team, we do have company sponsorship options that don’t include putting a team together.

2025 Team & Sponsorship Levels

League Champs

$500 per team

Registration includes 10 tournament t-shirts, company name on bottom of t-shirts and website.

(Registration goes to $550 after July 15th)

All-Star Level

$800 per team

Registration includes 10 tournament t-shirts, company logo on t-shirt and website.

(Registration goes up to $850 after July 15th)

MVP Level

$1,050 per team

Registration includes 10 tournament t-shirts, company logo on t-shirt, website, $100 in “boost bucks" and a field named after your company including ad space at the field.

(Registration goes to $1,100 after July 15th)

Diamond Level

$1,500+ per team

Registration includes MVP Level and logo on main website until next year’s kickball. Diamond level includes $250 in “boost bucks” and also has the opportunity to be a project team sponsor. Name is also announced in final Kickball email to teams announcing total funds raised.

*Teams must have 10 players (players do not have to be the same throughout the day).

Worried about being short players? Friends and family are welcome to play on the team and just in case you can even borrow an Engineering student for the day.
